Maintaining customers with CRM
In these times when companies are investing less and experiencing falling sales, it is particularly important to keep existing customers. Attracting fewer new customers due to the present cautious market is one thing, but not being able to keep existing customers is something else - and certainly a completely different, crucial factor for success as a company. It is therefore no surprise that almost at the same time as the start of the economic changes there has been strong growth in interest in having a good understanding of who your customers are.
Customer Relationship Management - the name says it all - is therefore still high on the agenda for many companies. As a Consulting Partner of salesforce.com, we also see strong demand among companies for the implementation of CRM solutions in combination with the development or application of a CRM strategy. Furthermore, the recently released CRM Market Overview from the CRM Association NL shows that 9% growth is expected in the Netherlands in 2010. This may be less than last year, but it does clearly show that businesses still see the need to invest in a good CRM solution and strategy.
