Implementation
Cloud Computing and Agile implementations: these two terms are inextricably connected and CRMWaypoint has mastered both like no other. This is our core business!
The strong growth of Cloud Computing, and with it the absence of a need to invest a lot of time and money into hardware and software for a project, almost automatically means that the project approach is significantly different. After all: it is now possible to focus directly on supporting the business processes instead of ICT. The time of the traditional project approach with the 'waterfall method' that has made the large System Integrators rich is past, and it is generally known that these larger System Integrators are wrestling with the biggest change of their existence. Therefore CRMWaypoint, as a ‘smaller’ specialised company, embraced the new approach to project implementation years ago: Agile implementation. Agile means: nimble and supple, and that actually says it all.
